Brookfield Colonial on NARI Spring Tour

Now that their family has grown up, it was the perfect time for them to reconect witheir 1960's center entrance Colonial! They loved their Brookfield location, but the home's compartmentalized organization was not conducive to their larger family gatherings. They desired the entertaining style kitchen and family living space found in newer homes. It made perfect sense to remodel their home, rather than consider moving away from a home filled with so many memories.

The goal of this project was to open up the home's interior by moving the kitchen to the front of the house. This allowed the family entertaining spaces to flow freely into each other. We also converted an existing three season room into a year around sunroom.

This home will be on NARI's 10th annual Spring Tour of Remodeled Homes. It will be open on Saturday & Sunday May 2-May 3. The tour will be open 11:00am -5:00pm both days.
