Bartelt. The Remodeling Resource named 2007 NARI Regional Contractor of the Year

--- The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) named Bartelt. The Remodeling Resource in Menomonee Falls, WI. a 2007 Regional Contractor of the Year (CotY) in two category of its annual awards competition. They won the Regional CotY in the following two categories: Residential Universal Design and in Residential Addition over $250,000. Bartelt.

The Remodeling Resource has been setting the industry standards in home renovation since 1984. We are extremely proud of our designers and carpentry staff for their continued dedication to the standards of excellence that have formed our reputation for quality, said Rick Bartelt, President of Bartelt. These projects will compete against the winners in seven regions around the country and vie for National Contractor of Year Awards. (CotY)

All Regional winners will be eligible for National CotY Awards at NARI's Evening of Excellence on March 24 at the Sheraton in Austin, Texas. Judging for regional awards took place at the Association's National Headquarters in Des Plaines, Illinois, in early January. An impartial panel of judges who are experts within the industry and associated fields, selected winners based on each entrant's Before and After photography and project description. Judging was based on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, degree of difficulty and entry presentation.

The Evening of Excellence is widely considered to be the premier event of the year in the remodeling industry. To be considered for a CotY Award, a company must be a NARI member in good standing. NARI members represent an elite group from the approximately 800,000 companies and individuals in the U.S. identifying themselves as remodelers.
