THE CHALLENGE
Our clients were attracted to the sophisticated architectural details of this home and were seeking a remodeler that specialized in historic renovation. The clients wanted to:

- Preserve the antique stain glass lighting, wrought iron staircase, and plaster archways

THE SOLUTION

- An addition above the garage with architectural details found throughout the home
- Barrel vaulted dormers that allowed for natural light and added unique ceiling lines
- Fiber optic galaxy lighting in the ceiling
- Specialized sound and lighting
