THE CHALLENGE
A 4000-square-foot penthouse on the 18th and 19th floors of a premier Milwaukee building is a great place to enjoy a view, but not necessarily the most conducive environment for renovation. The job required a 165-ton hydraulic crane to lift building materials and careful storage of materials and tools. The client wanted to:
- Create a space for social gatherings
- Build a space that accommodated pets and grandchildren

- Embossed moldings
- Stone tile floors
- A gas fireplace with stone
