THE CHALLENGE

The owners of this 14-year-old Colonial home were inspired to remodel by their two Labrador Retrievers. The clients wanted to:

Create a place inside to put their kennels
Expand the laundry room
Update the kitchen and dining area to capture the view of their backyard
Include a bump out in the master bathroom to accommodate a whirlpool tub

THE SOLUTION

Bartelt. The Remodeling Resource gave the owners:

Venetian Gold granite countertops
Tiled flooring that blended the indoors with the out
Angled walls in the bumped out kitchen to give the owners a view of their backyard and natural light
A master bath
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the laundry room
