THE CHALLENGE

Our clients wanted to preserve the vintage farmhouse appeal while adding onto their home. This three story addition features an exposed 3 car garage, family room and dining room above the garage with a master suite on the upper level. This remarkable addition blends into the existing farmhouse with its “agricultural” detail and barn-like appearance. New decks and a interior remodel of existing home make this a perfect family home while adding space for the grandparents and family to gather together

THE SOLUTION

The result is a spectacular addition that blends into the existing farmhouse style of this vintage home. The clients wanted this addition to look like it was added over time, rather than one huge addition. The home now features a beautiful kitchen that is open to a large family gathering/ dining space. It then opens up to a beautiful family room above the garage that has panoramic views of the rural country side. A master suite and open staircase overlooks the dining area below.
